This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through ZENVY CLUB L.L.C-FZ (“ZENVY Club”, “we”, “us”, “our”), registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.


1. Digital-First Delivery Model

ZENVY Club operates on a digital delivery model.

All products under the following categories are delivered digitally:

  • ZENVY Membership Cards

  • VIBE Cards

  • VIBE Boosters

  • Any other membership-based, credit-based, or benefit-based products

No physical shipment is required for the activation, usage, or enjoyment of these products.


2. Membership & VIBE Products – Delivery Confirmation

  • Upon successful payment, ZENVY Membership and VIBE products are considered delivered immediately in digital form.

  • Digital delivery may include account activation, digital card access, credits, benefits, or system-based access.

  • Once the digital product is made available to the customer, the order is deemed fully delivered and completed.


3. Physical Membership Cards (Optional Add-On)

  • In certain cases, customers may choose to purchase a physical membership card for an additional fee.

  • The physical card is a supplementary item only and does not replace digital delivery.

  • Delivery of the digital membership constitutes full delivery of the product, regardless of whether a physical card is shipped, delayed, or received.

Customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • The digital membership is the primary product

  • The physical card is optional and non-essential

  • Failure to receive a physical card does not invalidate the digital delivery or membership activation


4. No Shipping Obligation for Digital Products

  • ZENVY Club is not obligated to ship any physical item for digital membership, VIBE, or booster products.

  • No shipping timelines, courier tracking, or delivery guarantees apply to digital products.

  • Customers agree that no physical delivery is required for product fulfillment.


5. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If ZENVY Club offers physical merchandise in the future:

  • Shipping details, timelines, and costs will be clearly stated on the product page

  • Separate shipping terms may apply

This Shipping Policy section applies only to digital-first products unless otherwise specified.


6. Shipping Delays & Liability

ZENVY Club shall not be held responsible for:

  • Delays or failures caused by third-party couriers

  • Customs, regulatory, or logistical issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
